Tomatoes grown by Master Gardeners and locally by some farmers are provided for attendees to sample, pick their favorite, and the ones they would like to grow. There may be up to 30 different varieties, both heirloom and hybrid. Examples include: Brandywines, Green Zebra, Wapsipinicon Peach, Sungold grape. Super Sweet 100’s, Asoychka, Abu Rawan, Black Krim, Purple Cherokee, Black Cherry, and many more.
